Glossybox November 2015 | Unboxing

November’s Glossybox has been a long time coming, with during October Glossybox subscribers answered an email choosing a Revlon lipstick shade of their choice, which actually when you think about it makes November’s Glossybox slightly more personal.

and so let’s see what’s inside..

Opening up my box I found the normal information card sitting on the top, which tell’s you exactly what it is your box, but for those of you who don’t know already this tell you a bit about each product, its retail price and a website as to where you can buy it from in the future. Also laying on top was a code voucher, entitling me to 1 free protein and 1 free light box.

You can probably see already what was waiting for me inside but here is each product in slightly more detail..

Royal Apothic | Body Lotion

A travel size version / A full size version is worth £14.50

I haven’t used this product as of yet but I will definitely be giving it a try. It is described as ‘delicately scented, which gently smooths skin whilst keeping it hydrated’. It also says ‘to massage into damp skin, post-shower to seal in moisture’.

Emite | Emite Diamond Heart Primer

This is a travel size version / A full size version is worth £25.90

I was really happy to see this sitting in this month’s box, as more recently I have been loving the use of face primers. This is described as a ‘lightweight peachy fluid that balances skin tone, boosts radiance and creates a smooth finish’.

I have used this up to now just the once and I really liked the finish and preparation that it gave to my skin.

MUA | Eyeshadow Palette

A full size product worth £4.00

Okay so this isn’t the most expensive palette out there but neither are Make-up revolution palettes – and I know from owning some myself that they are good quality. I once again haven’t used this palette yet, but I believe it would be great for creating a smokey eye look, as there are many browns, golds and two grey toned shades included. Most of these neutral and autumnal shades are actually shimmery with perhaps two that are slightly more matte.

Revlon | Super Lustrous Lipstick – Shade: Pink in the afternoon

A full size product worth £7.99

This was the product I was waiting for, with this being the lipstick that I chose earlier last month. Being honest I can’t really remember the other shades available, there could have perhaps been a red and a nude but other than them I know that I liked this one the most instantly.

I haven’t as such wore this lipstick for a full day yet so I can’t really tell you how good it is at lasting, but it goes on to the lips very smoothly and has a good pigmented shade of colour.

Eylure | Natural Lashes

Being of course a full size product, worth £5.00

So I’m not going to try and fall you, I’ve never really wore fake eyelashes before and with that in mind I couldn’t sit here judging a product that I don’t have knowledge about. I will however be definitely trying these eyelashes out.. well attempting to anyway!
