Who remembers when EVERY beauty blogger, YouTuber and makeup enthusiast went crazy for the Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadows? Obviously, Stila was an established brand before this product arrived, although, I would have to say that in my opinion this product definitely gave Stila a much wider known name in the industry.
To be honest with you I would also have to say that as far as I am aware thanks to the quality of Stila's Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadows, each and every glitter which has a liquid/cream-like formula will be compared to this product now and in the future.
Because as far as liquid glitter eyeshadows stand... Stila is up there as one of the best... if not, THE BEST.

When I discovered the drugstore, bank-balance friendly, cheaper alternative - Lottie London Eye Foils, I must admit that I got just a *tad* excited.
Discovering a fabulous product is one thing BUT to discover a dupe that is going to save us all money is even better!
Wearing: Radio from Urban Decay Born To Run eyeshadow palette & both Fire and Denied from the Lottie London Eye Foil collection.
In total honesty, I could only say that the Lottie London Eye Foil - Metallic Eyeshadow Toppers are nice products. They are not better or even an equivalent to the famous Stila Magnificent Metals Liquid Eye Shadows, although, they are a good, cheaper alternative as far as I am aware. The shades are not as rich, saturated or give the same colour pay off. In fact, each shade is very different as far as the finish is concerned.
The Lottie London Eye Foils take a little more elbow grease, to be honest with you. You can easily gather a lot of the gel-like cream formula in your crease. Particularly if you do not prep and prime your lid prior to application. They are a nice product to use if you want to add just a touch of texture and sparkle to your eyes. Although, the glitter in Denied is just a little too chunky for my own liking.
The best thing about the Lottie London Eye Foils is that they do give a nice effect to one's eyes and makeup look without breaking the bank!
Would I swop one of these for my Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadows, however, no, I can't say that I would.
