*NEW* Urban Decay NAKED Cherry Eyeshadow Palette (First Impressions + Swatches)

The NAKED collection by Urban Decay has grown...

Recently Urban Decay released a brand new twelve-shade palette called Cherry. This palette features a complimentary selection of warm, plum-toned shadows, making this a very autumnal appropriate product in my opinion!

Like all Urban Decay eyeshadows that I've tried, I must tell you that the formulation of these is again, unreal! They are incredibly smooth, soft - lightweight yet also just perfectly pigmented. Each colour is balanced with regards to the hue, vibrancy and undertone exquisitely well in my opinion. You can easily create a very soft, everyday eye look whilst also having the creative freedom to totally switch things up by applying more and effectively enhancing your eye look to make it much more glam and evening appropriate.

The NAKED Cherry palette is respectably very versatile.

With regards to the consistency and texture of the shadows themselves, I would have to tell you that they do 'fluff-up' just a little in the pan, although, surprisingly these eyeshadows do not give much fallout...

You can easily apply and blend these shadows with confidence - knowing full well that they will blend seamlessly without creasing or moving around. If I was to say just one slightly more negative thing, however, then it could only be that the shimmers in this palette are not very strong. To ensure maximum colour pay off and with that the most effective shimmery finish, you need to press the shadow onto the eyes with your finger or maybe even a dampened flat shader brush for a more flattering foiled-effect eye look!!

In all though, I must tell you that I am a big fan of this palette and am honestly looking forward to creating even more eye looks with it - particularly around Autumn and moving into Winter.
