Christmas Lush Haul | 2015

What could be better than a Lush haul near Christmas time?

With Lush recently releasing their 2015 Christmas range I had actually purchased a few of the Christmas bath bombs/ bubble bars from a Lush store previously, but with being the general nosy parker that I am I went on to the Lush website to see what else is in the collection, and.. eventually I did come off pounds lighter.. and no I am not talking weight wise! .. but I mean it’s once a year and that’s a long time to sit and regret!

Star Dust Bath Bomb, (Lush.co.uk – £2.95)

“Soak in starlit waters bearing exotic gifts of Fair Trade vanilla and precious Peruvian rosewood.” – Via Lush’s ‘Fresh Thinking’ book

How could I not resist a pure white, shimmery and glittery star?! Then, (if you didn’t know already: on Lush’s website they show a short video clip of the product in action) – I found out that ‘ohh my’… this has tiny little rainbow coloured stars inside that eventually when this bath bomb has fizzled away you are left with milky white water and tiny coloured floating stars on the top!

Dashing Santa Bath Bomb, (Lush.co.uk – £2.95)

“Santa’s dashing delivering cheery mandarin oil and lustrous snowflake-shimmering water.” – Via Lush’s ‘Fresh Thinking’ book

Being as it is near the time of Christmas I felt obliged to purchase a Santa themed bath bomb, plus with a mandarin scent I know this is one I’m going to love!

So White Bath Bomb, (Lush.co.uk – £3.65)

Being completely honest with you at first I didn’t think that this bath bomb was anything special BUT after watching the short video clip on Lush’s website I was in love! This fizzles away calmly distributing pink rose and has an apple scent of its own too!

After receiving my order I have now been able to smell this bath bomb in person and honestly it is gorgeous! It could even possibly be one of my most favourite scents yet.

Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb, (Lush.co.uk – £3.95)

You can’t really help but love this can you? I mean it’s got every colour you could possibly wish for and it’s decorated with holly to look like a giant and colourful soapy Christmas pudding.

The only one downside, that I’m not overly sure if I like or not, is that this is scented with lavender. I have however been having trouble sleeping lately so maybe I’ll save this for an evening bath.

Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb, (Lush.co.uk – £3.65)

“Honey-scented streams of Brazilian orange and bergamot waltz with swirling, colourful stars.” – Via Lush’s ‘Fresh Thinking’ book

I can’t wait to give this bath bomb a try, as it looks so pretty and magical.

Butterbear Bath Bomb, (Lush.co.uk – £1.95)

“Pamper and soften skin in vanilla-scented bear hugs with Fair Trade cocoa butter.” – Via Lush’s ‘Fresh Thinking’ book

Firstly I’m so upset my little bear doesn’t have a little brown triangle nose like shown on Lush’s website! but I suppose either way he is still so cute. For £1.95 I thought that this bath bomb was very reasonable and fairly priced, because he isn’t the biggest bear out there.

but he’s almost too cute to melt away..

and that is the end of my Christmas range from my Lush haul, however with ordering online I couldn’t resist but purchasing a few of the classics..

Twilight Bath Bomb, (Lush.co.uk – £3.50)

“Visions of the night sky filled with dreamy lavender and comforting tonka.” – Via Lush’s ‘Fresh Thinking’ book

I have wanted this bath bomb for a long time but I have never been able to find it anywhere! With receiving this only recently, I have now read up on this bath bomb, and it also contains the lavender scent. I will say however that to me this isn’t instantly noticeable, so I am still very excited to try this one out!

Mmmelting Marshmellow Moment Bath Melt (Lush.co.uk)

I can’t seem to find this particular product anywhere on the website now and it isn’t in the latest ‘Fresh Thinking’ book, however the only product I can find that is similar to this is, is listed as a bath oil with a ‘new formula’ sticker!

I’ve never actually used a bath melt before so this one for me is something new to try. I chose this purely because it is pink and it smells incredible – just like sweet candy. In fact smelling this right now.. it reminds me so much of snow fairy!

The little bear is so cute, I almost don’t want to drop him in water! He does, apparently parts of santa fizzle away first making him whiz around the bath! 🙂
