Urban Decay broke the hearts of makeup enthusiasts everywhere when they announced that they were discontinuing the NAKED eyeshadow palette.
The original and first ever NAKED eyeshadow palette was considered a cult product by practically every makeup lover in existence.
The newly remastered Urban Decay NAKED RELOADED palette features twelve neutral eyeshadows. From two "base" shades to two "crease" shades that are available in both a matte finish but also a shimmer - there is a lovely collection of eyeshadows in this palette that are all very wearable as far as I am aware.
This palette has not only received a much-needed facelift by the brand in my opinion but the mirror on the inside lid has also been greatly improved.
Although, one thing that is definitely worth noting is that a duo-ended makeup brush is not included with this palette. The packaging, however, is oddly therapeutic. From a soft and squidgy lid to a sleek, modern design, I could only say that I really like how this palette looks.
When it comes to the shades, I must say that I am a big fan!
A classic neutrals eyeshadow palette will always be a staple in my own makeup collection, which is why I was very excited to hear that Urban Decay had given the original NAKED palette a facelift. For whether you want a daytime appropriate flattering eye look or something much more intense and smokey for the evening, I think that the NAKED RELOADED palette compliments them all.
The eyeshadows have the same gorgeous formula that Urban Decay is well known for, whilst the shades themselves are all very wearable and complimentary to one another. The matte shadows in the NAKED RELOADED palette are all very soft and buttery in my opinion whilst the shimmers and metallics are very versatile. You can apply and blend each shadow in this palette with ease whilst also knowing that you are going to achieve the style of eye look that you want with beautiful pigmentation.
