Soleil Tan De Chanel Bronzer (worth the hype?)

We all know that luxury brands hold a special place in my heart. Be it the packaging, the formula or the uniqueness of the product itself, I think that there is something very special about owning and using a product from a higher-end brand.

A little while ago I decided to take the plunge and invest in ‘the’ cream bronzer that so many “luxury” beauty bloggers are talking about. The Soleil Tan De Chanel comes in one universal shade. Claiming to leave the skin with a “velvet finish” this cream-gel bronzer is formulated with mineral waxes which help aid an easy application but also mineral powders for a mattifying result. The complexion is left appearing matte, sun-kissed but also lovely and glowy.

The Soleil Tan De Chanel, what can I say?
This product is luxury at its finest. It is packaged exquisitely but also comfortably travel-friendly. The shade is versatile but one that I prefer using and wearing when my skin has been freshly fake tanned.

The Soleil Tan De Chanel can be applied with either a dampened BeautyBlender or a makeup brush. This product blends very easily but also super nice! You are left with a smooth, velvet-finish that doesn’t accentuate any texture.

This product gives the skin a gorgeous flush of warmth that also appears very glowy and natural. It is perhaps one of the most natural products I have ever used because you cannot necessarily see that a bronzer has been applied. This product is ideal for quick and easy makeup first thing in the morning or alternatively the one item of makeup that you use whilst away in the sun! I love how lightweight and buildable the waxy, gel-cream formula of this product is because you cannot feel a thing when wearing this on your skin.
